Quartzite
Quartzite is a hard, natural, luxurious stone available in a range of colors. With durability and heat-resistance similar to granite, it is ideal for high traffic areas, such as kitchens. This stone is a good substitute for marble due to its movement and personality that mimics the look of marble, without the upkeep. Quartz and quartzite are two distinct materials: quartz is man-made and quartzite is naturally occurring.
